Peanut Butter Cups

What you'll need
- 240g milk chocolate (melted)
- 220g smooth peanut butter
- 6 tbsp icing sugar
- 12 cupcake cases
- 2 cupcake tins
Method
- Melt your chocolate in a small bowl over a pot of hot water
- In a separate small bowl, mix the peanut butter and icing sugar until smooth
- Line the cupcake tin with cupcake cases
- Add 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into a cupcake case and place in the fridge until the chocolate has set
- Top with 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture and place in the fridge until the chocolate has set
- Add 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate until all cases are filled
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until the chocolate has set
