An omelette recipe perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, be creative with you flavour combinations

What you'll need

  • 2-3 medium size eggs
  • Baby tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Peppers
  • 1 knob of butter
  • Sliced ham or chicken / turkey breast

Method

  1. Lightly frying off the tomatoes, peppers and onions.
  2. Whisk 2 eggs and add into pan and coast evenly.
  3. Add in sliced meats.
  4. Make sure underneath is cooked then put under the grill until top of omelette is set.
