SPAR Easy Meals
An omelette recipe perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, be creative with you flavour combinations
What you'll need
- 2-3 medium size eggs
- Baby tomatoes
- 1 knob of butter
- Sliced ham or chicken / turkey breast
- Lightly frying off the tomatoes, peppers and onions.
- Whisk 2 eggs and add into pan and coast evenly.
- Add in sliced meats.
- Make sure underneath is cooked then put under the grill until top of omelette is set.
