Oh my goodness this is good! It's now a staple in the weekly shop. Our favourite is thinly sliced and used in a fast stir fry or with noodles. It's so tender and needs only a few minutes. As a straight panfried whole steak it's a perfect quick meal, the pepper along the outside isn't too hot but is enough to beautifully season the steak and give it an extra level of flavour and texture.
Used it to make lasanaga today. Really tasty
Very tasty with some black pepper. Easy to cook and great with chips.
