“Oh my goodness this is good! It's now a staple in the weekly shop. Our favourite is thinly sliced and used in a fast stir fry or with noodles. It's so tender and needs only a few minutes. As a straight panfried whole steak it's a perfect quick meal, the pepper along the outside isn't too hot but is enough to beautifully season the steak and give it an extra level of flavour and texture.”
