Howell's Bakery
Harold and Daphne Irwin, the founders of Woodwin Catering Ltd., were inspired to acquire Holmes Bakery in 2009. Originally established in 1937 on Old West Street in Portadown, Holmes Bakery has since been transformed into the award-winning family bakery it is today.Â
Continuing the family tradition, their daughter Gillian is now an integral part of Holmes Bakery, supplying SPAR with their Enjoy Local traybake range. Together, the Irwin family has upheld the bakery's legacy while infusing it with new energy and innovation.Â
