Bangers & Mash

What you'll need
- 4 large premium quality pork or beef sausages
- 2 White or Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tsp Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Place either peeled potatoes in a pan
- Boil potatoes until cooked fully through
- Mash potatoes with a little butter
- Season with salt & pepper
- Heat remaining butter in a frying pan and cook sausages until browned.
- Turn occasionally until cooked thoroughly
- Serve bangers and mash with a selection of your favourite vegetables.
