Healthy Air Fryer Veggies

Cooking vegetables in the air fryer gives you a result similar to roasting, but slightly crispier on the outside. This recipe is super quick, easy, and flavourful. Plus, you can use any combination of vegetables you like!

What you'll need:

  • The Greengrocer’s Babycorn 
  • The Greengrocer’s Mangetout  
  • The Greengrocer’s Green Beans  
  • The Greengrocer’s Padron Peppers 
  • Olive Oil 
  • Salt and Pepper 


  1. Rinse vegetables  
  2. Put into a bowl with some oil and toss vegetables until coated  
  3. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper (other spices work well)  
  4. Put the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer – max crisp  220C for 8-10mins  
  5. Shake the vegetables and put back in for 2-4mins
