Creamy overnight oats layered with sweet apple and rich Biscoff flavours—a delicious, make-ahead breakfast that’s both comforting and convenient.
What you'll need:
• 50g SPAR oats
• 120ml SPAR milk
• 60g SPAR Greek-style yogurt
• 1 tbsp SPAR biscuit spread
• 1 The Greengrocer’s apple, grated or finely chopped
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp honey (optional)
• Pinch of salt
Method:
1. In a bowl, stir together oats, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, honey (if using) and pinch of salt
2. Stir in half the biscuit spread for flavour
3. Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples. Add to oat mixture. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
4. Separate mixture into jars. Top with more biscuit spread if desired and drizzle with honey (if using) and sprinkle with little cinnamon.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
6. When ready to eat, stir well. Add a splash of milk if you prefer it looser.
