Start your day right!
What you'll need:
- 350g frozen raspberries/strawberries
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt, plus extra for drizzling
- Drizzle of milk/orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 banana
- Seeds/granola
- Chai seeds/Coconut for topping (optional)
Method:
- In a blender, whizz the raspberries/strawberries, yogurt, half of a banana (the other half for topping) orange juice/milk, honey and mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with your desired fruit, seeds and nuts.
