Make the mornings ultra-colourful with a smoothie bowl that transforms a simple blitz of your favourite fruits into something much more exciting, top with fruit slices, crunchy nuts & seeds or crisp granola for extra texture and flavour.

What you'll need:

  • 350g frozen raspberries/strawberries
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt, plus extra for drizzling
  • Drizzle of milk/orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 banana 
  • Seeds/granola
  • Chai seeds/Coconut for topping (optional)


  1. In a blender, whizz the raspberries/strawberries, yogurt, half of a banana (the other half for topping) orange juice/milk, honey and mix until combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with your desired fruit, seeds and nuts.
