Buttered Pork Chops
Quick and tasty buttered pork chops cooked with garlic, parsley, lemon, capers and Dijon mustard for a rich, flavour-packed meal that’s easy to prepare.
What you'll need:
- 100g Salted butter
- 20g The Greengrocer’s Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 30g The Greengrocer’s cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 10g lemon rind
- 30g Capers
- 20g Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to season
- 100g SPAR Plain Flour
- 4 SPAR Pork Chops
Method:
Soften the butter and mix all the ingredients into it.
Pat dry pork chops, lightly flour the chops. Heat oil in pan and fry, when nearly cooked add the butter mixture and cook through.
