Caramelized Onions
Golden, sweet, and versatile. Delicious in burgers, pies, or on toast with cheese.

What you'll need:

3 large onions, thinly sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sugar
-
Pinch of salt
Method:

Slice onions thinly. Cook slowly in olive oil with sugar & salt.

Stir often for 25–30 minutes until soft and caramelized.
