Cheeseburgers, Chips & Corn Cobs
Quick and easy to make, these Cheeseburgers with Chips & Corn Cobs are packed with flavour and full of protein—perfect for a satisfying, family-friendly meal any day of the week.
What you'll need:
- 400g SPAR enjoy local Beef Mince
- St Pierre Seeded Brioche Burger Buns 4 Pack
- Mature Cheddar Slices
- McCain Triple Cooked Chips 600g
- The Greengrocer’s Corn Cobs 4 Pack
- Heinz Top-Down Tomato Ketchup or Barbecue Sauce
- Salt & Black Pepper
Method:
- Cook the McCain Chips according to pack instructions (Oven / Airfryer) until golden and crisp.
- Divide the mince into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties slightly wider than the buns.
- Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook burgers for 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Add cheddar slices during the final minute of cooking and allow to melt.
- Cook corn cobs according to pack instructions (Boil or Microwave). Add butter to finish (optional)
- Lightly toast the burger buns if desired.
- Assemble burgers with sauce of choice and serve with chips and corn.
