Chicken & Pepper Fried Rice

What you'll need:

  • 300g Moy Park Tempura Chicken fillets, cooked
  • 4 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
  • 200g red & yellow peppers, sliced
  • 500g cooked long grain rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (& extra for serving)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil


  1. Cook the moy park tempura mini fillets according the the cooking instructions.
  2. Add the oil into a large non-stick pan and heat on the hob. Once the oil has been heated, add peppers, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes, until the peppers start to brown.
  3. Add the cooked rice and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up the rice lumps until brown.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and remove from the pan.
  5. Sliced the cooked chicken fillets and serve on top of the rice.
