What you'll need:

  • 360g cooked shredded chicken 
  • 180g white seedless grapes, halved 
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped 
  • 65g toasted walnuts, chopped 
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt 
  • Salt & pepper to taste 

Method:

  1. Combine chicken, grapes, celery, and walnuts. 
  2. Add mayo or yogurt, mix until coated. 
  3. Season and chill before serving. 
  4. Serve in lettuce cups, sandwich rolls, or over greens.Â
