Perfect for the kids
What you'll need:
- 225g milk chocolateÂ
- 2tbsp golden syrupÂ
- 50g butterÂ
- 75g cornflakesÂ
- 36 mini chocolate eggsÂ
Method:
- Line a 12 hole fairy cake tin with paper cases. Extra points if you can find Easter themed ones!Â
- Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Top tip: Don't let the bowl touch the water or the chocolate might burn.Â
- Once melted, remove the bowl from the heat and gently stir in the cornflakes until all the cereal is coated in the chocolate mix.Â
- Divide the mixture between the paper cases. Press 3 mini eggs into the centre of each nest. Chill in the fridge for an hour or until completely set.Â
