A vibrant stir-fry with chicken, stir-fry vegetables, and a citrus-based sauce that adds a tangy sweetness, perfect when paired with jasmine rice.

What you'll need:
- 2 chicken breasts, slicedÂ
- 2 soft citrus fruits, juicedÂ
- 1 tbsp soy sauceÂ
- 1 tsp honeyÂ
- 1 tsp rice vinegarÂ
- 1 clove garlic, mincedÂ
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, gratedÂ
- Stir-fry vegetables (peppers, broccoli, carrots)Â
- Olive oil for cookingÂ
Method:
- Mix citrus juice, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar – set aside.Â
