Citrus Glazed Chicken Stir-Fry

A vibrant stir-fry with chicken, stir-fry vegetables, and a citrus-based sauce that adds a tangy sweetness, perfect when paired with jasmine rice.

What you'll need:

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced 
  • 2 soft citrus fruits, juiced 
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated 
  • Stir-fry vegetables (peppers, broccoli, carrots) 
  • Olive oil for cooking 

Method:

  1. Mix citrus juice, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar – set aside. 
  2. Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken until golden. 
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables – stir-fry for 5–6 minutes. 
  4. Pour in glaze and cook until sauce thickens. 
  5. Serve hot with jasmine rice.Â
