What you'll need:

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 454g Pork sausages
  • 1 Onion, Peeled and chopped into large chunks
  • 2 Tins of Baked beans
  • 400 g Tinned tomatoes
  • 2 packs of mash direct mashed potato
  • 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 100g grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Add olive oil & sausages to a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning regularly.
  3. Chop the sausages into chunks. Add the onions and peppers. Cook for a further 7-10 minutes until the peppers have started to soften and the sausages are golden.
  4. Add the beans, tomatoes, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the sausage mix to an oven dish and top with the mashed potatoes and grated cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top has turned golden.
