Perfect for the BBQ
A crunchy, creamy slaw made with crisp apples, red cabbage, carrot, and walnuts, tossed in a tangy yogurt-mayo dressing. Ready in 15 minutes—perfect as a BBQ side or refreshing light lunch.

What you'll need:
- 2 crisp red apples, julienned or thinly sliced
- ½ red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 40g walnuts, chopped
- Handful fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- In a large bowl, toss apples, cabbage, carrot, walnuts, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Combine with the slaw, toss to coat, and chill before serving.
