A refreshing yogurt dip
Creamy Greek yogurt mixed with cucumber, mint, and garlic for a light, tangy dip that’s ideal for summer gatherings or as a side for grilled dishes.
What you'll need:
- ½ cucumber, grated
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
- Mix with yoghurt, mint, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Season to taste and chill before serving.
- Serve as a dip with grilled meats, pittas or crudités.
