What you'll need:

  • Aunt Bessie’s Yorkshire Puddings (12 pack)
  • Denny Cocktail Sausages 454g
  • Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce 200g
  • Brie (or Camembert), sliced – optional but adds a rich creamy finish
  • Rosemary (to finish)

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Place the Denny Cocktail Sausages on a baking tray and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and sizzling.
  • Meanwhile, place the Aunt Bessie’s Yorkshire Puddings on a separate tray and bake for 4–5 minutes, until crisp and heated through.
  • Remove the Yorkshires from the oven and spoon a small dollop of Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce into each one.
  • Place 2–3 cooked cocktail sausages into each Yorkshire pudding, pressing gently into the cranberry layer.
  • Add a small slice of brie on top of each, then return to the oven for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is just melted and gooey.
  • Finish with a drizzle of gravy and Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve immediately while warm.
