What you'll need:
- 2 ripe nectarines, halved and pittedÂ
- 100g feta cheese, crumbledÂ
- Handful rocket or mixed leavesÂ
- 1 tbsp olive oilÂ
- Balsamic glaze to drizzleÂ
- Toasted almondsÂ
Method:
