Try these healthier pancakes using rolled oats and banana for natural sweetness. They’re a real crowd pleaser for all the family.

What you'll need:

  • 50g porridge oats
    2 SPAR enjoy local eggs
    2 The Greengrocer’s very ripe bananas
    1/2 level tsp baking powder
    30ml SPAR enjoy local milk
    SPAR Greek style yoghurt
    Fresh summer berries 
    Maple Syrup


1.In a blender, combine all the pancake ingredients for 2-3 minutes until smooth then allow to stand for 5 minutes to thicken
2. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat, add a ladle of batter per pancake and cook until golden brown, turning when the edges of the pancakes look set
3. Serve warm with yoghurt, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
