Honey Roasted Turnips
Sweet, golden, and packed with flavour.
What you'll need:

500g fresh tomatoes, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

Handful of fresh basil leaves

Salt & pepper
-
Cooked pasta
Method:

Cook garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.

Add chopped fresh tomatoes, simmer 10–15 minutes.

Stir in basil, season.

Toss with pasta and serve.
