What you'll need:

  • 500g fresh tomatoes, chopped 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed 

  • Handful of fresh basil leaves 

  • Salt & pepper 

  • Cooked pasta 

Method:

  1. Cook garlic in olive oil for 1 minute. 

  1. Add chopped fresh tomatoes, simmer 10–15 minutes. 

  1. Stir in basil, season. 

  1. Toss with pasta and serve.
