Irn Bru Slushie

Summer is here!

A refreshing drink to try this summer!

What you'll need:

  • Ice
  • 150ml Irn Bru
  • 200ml Water
  • 120g Sugar

Method:

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over a low heat, stir until reduced into a syrup consistency.
  2. Leave to cool.
  3. Add ice, 3 tbsp of the sugar syrup and the Irn Bru into a blender.
  4. Blend until you have a slushie consistency.
  5. Pour and enjoy!

Top tip: Swap out the Irn Bru with your favourite fizzy drink for the ultimate Summer treat!
