Keema & Spinach Curry
Quick and easy to make, this Keema & Spinach Curry is packed with flavour and full of protein—perfect for a hearty, satisfying meal any day of the week.
What you'll need:
- 400g SPAR enjoy local Beef Mince
- Patak’s Jalfrezi Cooking Sauce 450g
- Tilda Flavoured Rice 250g
- The Greengrocer’s Mini Peppers 200g, sliced
- The Greengrocer’s Baby Leaf Spinach 150g
- Salt & Black Pepper
Method:
- Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced mini peppers and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Add the mince and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Season lightly.
- Stir in the Patak’s Cooking Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the baby leaf spinach during the final 2 minutes and allow to wilt into the sauce.
- Heat the Tilda Rice according to pack instructions.
- Serve the keema curry over rice.
