Start your day with our Kiwi Breakfast Smoothie—a refreshing blend of kiwi, banana, and spinach. Packed with vitamins and minerals, this smoothie is both nutritious and delicious, offering a quick and energizing breakfast option. 

What you'll need:

  • 450ml enjoy local milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 cups The Greengrocer’s Baby spinach
  • 3 The Greengrocer’s kiwis (ripe, skin-on if desired!)
  • 200g mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small The Greengrocer’s banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 50g avocado chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 175ml plain greek yogurt 
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ a lime, juice only
  • Optional: unflavoured or vanilla protein powder, ice cubes (if not using frozen ingredients)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with your milk of choice.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust flavours/liquid until desired taste/consistency is reached. Enjoy!
