What you'll need:
- 2 Little Gem lettuces, leaves separated
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Chopped parsley or dill
- Salt & pepper
Method:
- Mix chicken with yoghurt, herbs, lemon juice, and seasoning.
- Spoon into lettuce leaves.
