What you'll need:
- 1 tbsp olive oilÂ
- 1 tsp paprikaÂ
- ½ tsp saltÂ
- 1 cup black beans (rinsed)Â
- Sour creamÂ
- Grated cheddarÂ
- Chopped spring onionsÂ
Method:
- Toss sweet potatoes in oil, paprika, and salt. Roast at 200°C for 30 minutes.Â
