What you'll need:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup black beans (rinsed)
- Sour cream
- Grated cheddar
- Chopped spring onions
Method:
- Toss sweet potatoes in oil, paprika, and salt. Roast at 200°C for 30 minutes.
