Orange Mojito Mocktail

What you'll need:

  • 1/2 orange, cut into 3 wedges 
  • 1/2 lime, cut into 3 wedges 
  • 3 Oranges to squeeze  
  • 300ml soda water   
  • 2 teaspoons sugar 
  • 1 or 2 sprigs fresh mint 
  • 250mL crushed ice 

Method:

  1. Add mint leaves, and lemon roundels in a cocktail shaker or to a glass. 
  2. Muddle these for a few seconds. You may also add any sweetener of your choice like honey, stevia, or sugar. 
  3. Divide this mixture into serving glasses. 
  4. Pour freshly squeezed orange juice followed by club soda. 
  5. Top it with ice cubes, slices of oranges, more mint leaves and stir Â
