Healthy Overnight Protein Oats

This is a breakfast you can prepare the night before if you’re pressed for time in the mornings!

What you'll need:

  • 30g raw oats
  • 80ml protein milk
  • 85g plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

For the topping

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Nuts of your choice, for example pistachio, walnut, almond etc


  1. Place the oats in a large mug, bowl or mason jar and add in the protein milk
  2. Mix the honey into the yoghurt and layer on top with the berries
  3. Place in the fridge to soak overnight.
  4. In the morning, add the fresh fruit and nuts onto the top. Enjoy!
