Overnight Protein Oats
This is a breakfast you can prepare the night before if you’re pressed for time in the mornings!
What you'll need:
- 30g raw oats
- 80ml protein milk
- 85g plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
For the topping
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Nuts of your choice, for example pistachio, walnut, almond etc
Method:
- Place the oats in a large mug, bowl or mason jar and add in the protein milk
- Mix the honey into the yoghurt and layer on top with the berries
- Place in the fridge to soak overnight.
- In the morning, add the fresh fruit and nuts onto the top. Enjoy!
