What you'll need:

  • 80g porridge oats, blended finely
  • 100ml skimmed milk
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • Low calorie cooking spray

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Spray your frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and heat gently.
  • Drop in small dollops to make patty-size pancakes.
  • Allow to cook through before gently turning.
  • Serve straight away & top with maple syrup fruit and raspberries
