What you'll need:

  • Seafeast Cooked Coldwater Prawns 280g
  • The Greengrocer’s Lemon Net 3 Pack
  • Colman’s Seafood Sauce 155g
  • Ormo Farmhouse Wheaten Bread 500g
  • Butter
  • Optional: Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley), black pepper, garlic

Method:

  • Place the Seafeast Coldwater Prawns in the fridge overnight or run under cold water until thawed. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
  • In a frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove (optional), a squeeze of lemon juice, and a pinch of lemon zest. Stir until fragrant.
  • Add the prawns to the pan and toss for 1–2 minutes until heated through and coated in the lemony garlic butter. Season with black pepper and chopped herbs, if using.
  • While the prawns cook, toast slices of Ormo Farmhouse Wheaten Bread. Spread lightly with butter while still warm.
  • Spoon the buttery prawns over each slice of toast. Drizzle with any leftover lemon butter from the pan.
  • Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon on the side — add a spoonful of Colman’s Seafood Sauce for an extra flavour boost.
