3 ways to use your porridge oats
Protein Oat Energy Balls
A quick energy boost!
What you'll need:
- 180g rolled porridge oats
- 120g peanut butter (smoot or crunchy!)
- 60g honey (or maple syrup if you prefer)
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (about 50-60g)
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Method:
- Place oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Once combined, use a small cookie scoop to scoop and form the dough into balls.
- Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months!
