Protein Oat Energy Balls

What you'll need:

  • 180g rolled porridge oats
  • 120g peanut butter (smoot or crunchy!)
  • 60g honey (or maple syrup if you prefer)
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (about 50-60g)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Method:

  • Place oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  • Once combined, use a small cookie scoop to scoop and form the dough into balls.
  • Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months!
