Roasted Plums with Greek Yoghurt

What you'll need:

  • 4 plums, halved and pitted 
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • Pinch of cinnamon 
  • 200g Greek yoghurt 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place plums in a baking dish. 
  2. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle cinnamon. 
  3. Roast for 15–20 mins until soft. 
  4. Serve warm with a spoon of yoghurt.
