A delicious dessert
Roasted plums with honey and cinnamon, paired with tangy Greek yogurt. A quick and delicious dessert, perfect for any time of the year.
What you'll need:
- 4 plums, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 200g Greek yoghurt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Place plums in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle cinnamon.
- Roast for 15–20 mins until soft.
- Serve warm with a spoon of yoghurt.
