Quick, tasty, and ready in minutes. Great as a side with sausages or grilled fish.
What you'll need:

1 savoy cabbage, shredded

2 rashers of bacon, chopped (or leave out for veggie option)

2 cloves garlic, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper
Method:

Fry chopped bacon in olive oil until crisp.

Add garlic, then shredded savoy cabbage.

Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes, season, and serve.
