What you'll need:

  • 1 savoy cabbage, shredded 

  • 2 rashers of bacon, chopped (or leave out for veggie option) 

  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

  • Salt & pepper 

Method:

  1. Fry chopped bacon in olive oil until crisp. 

  1. Add garlic, then shredded savoy cabbage. 

  1. Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes, season, and serve.
