What you'll need:

  • 2 little gem lettuces, chopped 

  • 1 slice of bread (for croutons) 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

  • 2 tbsp Caesar dressing 

  • 20g grated parmesan 

Method:

  1. Fry bread cubes in olive oil for homemade croutons. 

  1. Chop little gem, toss with Caesar dressing. 

  1. Top with parmesan and croutons.
