A Sizzling Summer Favourite!
Sizzle up your dinner with these easy chicken fajitas! Juicy chicken, charred peppers, and onions come together in a flash—just wrap in tortillas, add your toppings, and enjoy!

What you'll need:
- 500g chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning (or mix of paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and chilli)
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, grated cheese, jalapeños, chopped coriander
Method:
- Marinate the Chicken in a bowl, toss chicken strips with fajita seasoning, lime juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes
- Heat a pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little oil if needed. Toss in the sliced peppers and onions. Cook for 5–6 minutes until they’re softened and slightly charred.
- Return chicken to the pan and mix everything together until sizzling hot!
- Load into warm tortillas and top with your favourite extras. Roll up and enjoy!
