Perfect for your Christmas Ham!

What you'll need:

  • 6 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Mustard
  • 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Cloves


  1. In a pan, combine all the ingredients and stir to combine.
  2. Simmer over a low heat for 3-5 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved. Be careful not to let the sugar burn!
  3. Remove from the heat & use to baste your already cooked ham joint.
  4. Take some cloves & distribute evenly throughout the meat (as many or as little as you please)
  5. Cook in the over for 30 minutes, or until the honey mustard glaze has gone sticky and brown.

Top tip: Keep any leftover honey mustard glaze and use on your carrots & parsnips!
