Sticky Honey Mustard Glaze
Perfect for your Christmas Ham!
What you'll need:
- 6 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Mustard
- 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Cloves
Method:
- In a pan, combine all the ingredients and stir to combine.
- Simmer over a low heat for 3-5 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved. Be careful not to let the sugar burn!
- Remove from the heat & use to baste your already cooked ham joint.
- Take some cloves & distribute evenly throughout the meat (as many or as little as you please)
- Cook in the over for 30 minutes, or until the honey mustard glaze has gone sticky and brown.
Top tip: Keep any leftover honey mustard glaze and use on your carrots & parsnips!
