Strawberry Yoghurt Bark

What you'll need:

  • 400g strawberries, sliced
  • 750ml Greek yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 60g granola

Method:

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Stir yoghurt & maple syrup (or honey) in a bowl.
  • Spread on the prepared baking sheet into a 10-by-15-inch rectangle.
  • Scatter the strawberries on top and sprinkle with the granola.
  • Freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours. To serve, cut or break into pieces.
