Strawberry Yoghurt Bark
A morning time snack!
What you'll need:
- 400g strawberries, sliced
- 750ml Greek yoghurt
- 4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 60g granola
Method:
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir yoghurt & maple syrup (or honey) in a bowl.
- Spread on the prepared baking sheet into a 10-by-15-inch rectangle.
- Scatter the strawberries on top and sprinkle with the granola.
- Freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours. To serve, cut or break into pieces.
