
• 7 The Greengrocer’s rasberries
• 1 tsp lemon juicep
• 80ml ginger ale
• Handful of The Greengrocer’s basil
1. Muddle 4/5 raspberries with a teaspoon of lemon juice in the bottom of a tall glass
2. Blend the ginger ale and a small handful of basil until green in colour. Strain into the glass
3. Add ice to bring drink to the top of the glass
4. Garnish with a basil leaf and two raspberries
