Jam Tart

Create these cute little tarts in under 5 minutes. YUM
What you'll need
- 1 x jar of strawberry jam
- 1 x block of shortcrust pastry
- Cupcake/pastry tin
- Cookie cutter/glass (this needs to be larger than the cupcake/pastry hole)
Method
- Lightly flour the worktop and roll out the pastry until it is the thickness of a £1 coin
- Using the cookie cutter/glass, cut out 12 lots of pastry and place in the tin
- Fill each pastry casing half way with jam
- Bake at 180C fan assisted for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
