These classic nachos are loaded to the MAX! They’re a great snack, party appetiser, or even a casual weeknight dinner.
•SPAR pulled pork
• 1 large packet tortilla chips
• SPAR enjoy local cheese, grated
• SPAR guacamole
• SPAR Crème Fraiche or soured cream
• Tomato salsa
• Jalapeños / sliced chillies (optional)
1. Cook the pulled pork according to package directions
2. Layer the pulled pork between the tortilla chips
3. Add a few handfuls of grated cheese to the top and
grill for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling
4. Dollop the guacamole, salsa and crème fraiche
(or soured cream) on top (or serve in ramekins if
5. Sprinkle with jalapeños or sliced chillies (optional),
