
• 175ml cranberry juice
• 90ml orange juice
• 1/2 cinnamon stick
• 2 cloves
• 1 slice fresh ginger
• 1 tsp honey
1. Place the cranberry juice, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves and ginger in a small pan and warm gently until it comes to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer a couple minutes.
2. Remove from the heat, add the honey, stir in and strain the spices off as you serve in a tall glass.
