Turkish Poached Eggs

This hearty brunch recipe is a great and healthy dish to serve any guests.
What you'll need
200g Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp butter
1tsp red pepper flakes
Bread of your choice to serve
1. Stir the Greek yogurt, minced garlic and some salt in a bowl
2. Poach the eggs
3. In a pan, gently melt the butter and stir in red pepper flakes and a drizzle of olive oil
4. Spread the yogurt on a plate, top with poached eggs. Pour the peppery butter around and on top of the eggs.
5. Scatter some chopped parsley on top and serve with toasted sourdough or bread of choice
